PROCESS OPTIONS
Data security, ease of interactions, satisfactory response times, are some of the considerations in deciding on the best outsourcing process model. Here are some suggested outsourcing models that can be readily implemented.

We will discuss options with our Customer, and together determine the outsourcing processes required to meet our Customer’s needs.

• A) Secure File Transfer
  In this model the Customer scans all documents along with instructions for tasks to be done, and places it on their server. NewCreationIT's personnel will use secure FTP software to transfer all the documents securely into our server. NewCreationIT will perform all the work, export the completed accounting files back in to customer's server securely. The customer will take things forward at this point, which could include importing the accounting files into their Accounting Software, if any.
• B) Remote Server Access
  If the Customer is using an accounting software, then this option may be viable. In this model NewCreationIT's personnel will connect to the Customer's server securely using VPN to access the accounting software and do all the work directly on the server, and keep it ready for the Customer to review. The main advantage of this model is that your Customer's records wouldn't leave your office premise and NewCreationIT can access your server securely without compromising the security of critical data.
• C) Web-Hosted Accounting Application
  Some Customers may use externally hosted accounting solutions to manage their accounts. In these situations, once access is given, NewCreationIT's personnel can login to the hosted software directly to perform accounting tasks.

PRICING MODELS
Depending on the nature and volume of work, we determine the best pricing model for the Customer. We offer the following pricing models:

• A) Fixed Pricing Model
  In this model the Customer pays a fixed price each month for either a fixed number of hours of work or for specific set of tasks to be performed. This helps the Customer accurately budget their monthly expenditure.
• B) Utility Pricing Model
  In situations where a customer may not know the actual workload in advance, we suggest this option, where we bill the customer based on the work (e.g., hours worked, number of employees worked, number of files/transactions processed, etc.) performed during the month, with an agreed minimum cost.
